Merchandise purchased through our website can be returned for an exchange or refund within 21 days of receipt.
Due to credit card processing costs, a 5% restocking fee will be charged on all returns for refund.
Refunds are only available to the original purchaser of an item.

blu-violet is not responsible for items damaged in return shipment.
Shipping and handling will not be refunded. Customer is responsible for all return shipment costs.

We do not accept C.O.D. on returns.
If item has been damaged in shipping please contact us immediately so we can have UPS pick up the package.
We will replace free of charge through a UPS claim.
